    • Regularly scheduled services - check for timely completion 
  • Entry Points (Door & window) check
  • Hurricane Shutters check
  • Pool/Hot tub/spa Check (Water levels down, will top off)
  • General Property overview (Lawn/docks/gardens/on site vehicles)
  • Digital photo documentation of property
  • Web site information access  (**under construction)
  • Light spot cleaning
    • Dust furniture; dust mop floors
    • wipe out sinks/toilets
    • Wipe down kitchen & bath counter tops
  • Sweep porches **Every other week
  • Hose off outside a/c units (minimizes corrosion) **Once a month 
  • Start on site property vehicles

Contract Rates  (Minimum 3 mo. contract)

Under 3 bedrooms $ 110 per month
3-4 BRM/2-4 Bath (w/1 living area) $ 115 per month
3-4 BRM/2-4 Bath (w/2 living areas) $ 130 per month
4/6 BRM/3-5 Bath (w/1 living area)  $ 135 per month
4/6 BRM/3-5 Bath (w/2 living areas)  $ 140 per month
5+ BRM/4+ Bath  (w/1 living area) $ 145 per month
5+ BRM/4+ Bath  (w/2 living areas)  $150 per month
