Beach To Bay Home Mgmt. offers a complete range of home and personal services to our clients. Beach To Bay will manage all aspects of your home care needs, using our contractors or yours. Best of all, we are there for you 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.

Our service area includes Alligator Point, Carrabelle, St. George Island, Apalachicola, Indian Pass, Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe.

Being a second home property owner on the Forgotten Coast was never as enjoyable and relaxing as with Beach To Bay Home Management caring for your home.

We offer these services:

  • Basic Program 
    • This is a standard overall house check service, which includes a visual overview of lawns, docks, outbuildings and on-site boats/vehicles (see details under basic services) 
  • Concierge
    • Provides the client with groceries and indidentals prior to arrival, as well as gift baskets for family or guests; customized based on clients specific desires 
  • Housekeeping
    • Housekeeping services vary according to client/owner's specific needs and are priced accordingly 
  • Emergency Management
    • This is a service provided outside the normal "Additional Services" category - Defined as something that is not a scheduled service, such as; prep for freezing, hurricane prep, hurricane assessment, wind damage, flooding, etc.
  • Weekly Services
    • Services offered outside a 3 month contract
      • All services offered (see rates under Weekly Services category)
  • Additional Services
    • Co-ordinating any scheduled service oriented request (Ex: home networking/pc repair; general repair maintenance; painting; phone service repairs; pest control maintenance; plumbing; electricial repair, etc.)
    • Receiving of merchandise or co-ordinating materials shipments
