    • Home networking/PC repair
    • Telephone service
    • Pest Control
    • Plumbing, Electrical repair service
    • Painting
    • Pressure washing
  • Any  other scheduleable service required to maintain home
  • Schedule delivery of any items for home (i.e. building materials, appliances, etc.)
  • Receive merchandise for placement in home; will receive at  specific off location address (physical address of one of owners; private, secure, out of weather) &  deliver to client's property)

       We will meet service people at property or deliver items to property for a trip or delivery charge  of $25

        If Beach To Bay Home Mgmt. is required to remain at property while service is completed or if any merchandise requires set up:

    • $15 per hour
    • $.75 per mile over 20 miles round trip

     Any job requested will be ok'd by client prior to being initiated

     If invoice exceeds $200 client will be billed directly
