Emergency Management is anything that occurs that is not a scheduled service:

Example:  Storm - Fire - Broken Pipes, etc.

Services we provide:

  • Storm prep
    • Closing hurricane shutters
    • Turning off water
    • Moving on site vehicles, boats, etc.
    • Preparing (if no hurricane shutters) windows & doors
    • Removal of furniture from ground level
    • Any other preparation that owner requests can be accomplished, either by staff or  contracted out and accomplished with Beach To Bay overseeing work done
  • Storm prep removal & replacement 
  • Digital picture assessment of property & any damage incurred
    • If client works with a local realtor, Beach To Bay will concurrently advise realtor of any damages and provide digital pictures as well 
  • Acquiring and overseeing any contracted service that is required to repair damage to property

     All services will occur as soon as local authorities will allow entry to property

  • INITIAL TRIP CHARGE:  $25(one time fee)
  • plus $15 per hour 
    • whether CPPHMS does work or oversees contracted work
  • $.75 per mile over 20 miles drive time
  • Cost of materials

In any emergency situation every effort will be made to advise client up front of the cost of any work contracted out.  If client cannot be reached and property is at risk of further damage by not taking immediate action Beach To Bay can make a logical judgement call.   All work done by outside contractors in an emergency situation is solely the responsibility of the client and will be paid direclty by client.   If client does not approve this up front Beach To Bay is not responsible for any damages incurred.

All work will be documented through digital pictures and e-mailed to client within 12 hours of work being done.
